2024 was off to a good start for the rural residents of Wakinoni-Buleega LC1 village, Nakaseke district, Uganda. This is because of a new water well donated by Retired Judge Sam Griffth in honor of Pastor Michael Gossett of Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas. The water well was completed and handed over to the villagers in late December 2023 and it is providing clean water to over 2,000 individuals.
