From the very beginning, EATBETA perceived the best way to train rural farmers is through a “hands-on” approach. Thus, EATBETA acquired 3.15 acres of land where a training center has been constructed; the next phase is to erect demo gardens and animal structures for practical, hands-on training for rural farmers. Once farmers learn how to raise crops and animals in an efficient and effective manner, they are able to implement the same techniques at their own farms. Ultimately, this will result in achieving EATBETA’s mission of transforming rural livelihoods by alleviating unemployment and food shortage. Click here to read more.
